One metre of snow, rain... nothing?
The 4:37pm update from the BOM has the following to say:
Gale force winds and heavy rain is expected across the region later on Tuesday as the first of these cold fronts crosses the region. Rain will tend to snow on Wednesday as a colder airmass moves over the region. Likely blizzard conditions are likely to continue through until Friday, before winds ease and snow showers clear on Saturday.
I can’t seen any rain yet over on the Rock Creek Valley camera.
Some people are predicting very little rain and lots of snow… My money, as usual, is with the BOM and we’re probably in for at most a +20cm change in the depth at Spencer’s Creek by next week.
Finger’s crossed for +100cm though!
What do you think?
