2008 South Perisher Patches and Logo
The below is a GIF version of the South Perisher Logo.
This is a limited supply available in the 2008 series of iron-on cloth patches.
The image shows a skiing kangaroo, representing the local wildlife enjoying the snow. The markings "SP" for South Perisher, and '1971' for the year of incorporation of the Co-Op. Future issues will show "1973" rather than '1971', to indicate the year of construction of the lodge.
The Southern Cross with snowflakes is shown to both represent the Southern Hemisphere, Australia, and the "South" part of South Perisher.
The snow covered mountains represent Mount Perisher and the surrounding mountains.
